Can I change my payment due date?
This document outlines the policy regarding due date changes for Tenet customers. It provides essential information on how to request a change, the restrictions that apply, and additional payment options available to customers.
One-Time Due Date Change
Tenet offers a one-time due date change to all customers. This option is available for changing your first payment due date as well.
How to Change Your Due Date
To initiate a due date change, please contact Tenet Support using the email or phone number associated with your Tenet Loan. Be sure to specify the new date you would like your due date adjusted to.
Restrictions on Due Date Changes
There are specific restrictions that apply to due date changes:
The due date change cannot be more than 29 days after the previous due date. For example, if your current due date is set to the 1st, it cannot be updated to the 31st.
The new due date cannot fall after the 25th of the month.
Your account cannot exceed more than 45 days from the contract start date to the first payment as a result of a due date change.
The loan must not be delinquent at the time of the change.
