This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to enroll in AutoPay through your Tenet Dashboard. AutoPay is a convenient feature that ensures your monthly payments are automatically deducted from your bank account, helping you avoid missed payments and late fees.

You can enroll in AutoPay online by following these steps:

1. Proceed to your Tenet Dashboard and navigate to the Payment Settings.

2. Click on "Enroll in AutoPay."

3. If you have multiple loans, select the vehicle for which you would like to apply AutoPay. Please note that each loan requires its own individual AutoPay setup.

4. You will then be prompted to connect your preferred bank account via Plaid Link or by linking with account numbers using Micro Deposits if you haven't done so already. If your account is already connected, input the "Payment Amount" and click "Continue."

5. Select the "Payment type" you would like to use for AutoPay:

   • "Amount due" (This is based on your monthly payment and may include accrued interest and unpaid fees).

   • "Custom amount" (This option is recommended to help pay down your principal loan balance faster).

6. Select the "Payment method" you would like to use for AutoPay, and click "Continue."

7. Please review your payment details and click "Submit."

AutoPay automatically deducts your monthly payment from your bank account via ACH on the due date, ensuring that you never miss a payment.
