This document outlines the various methods available for making payments to Tenet, including ACH payments, Autopay enrollment, and other payment options. It also addresses common questions regarding loan payments and penalties.

To make a payment via ACH, which is the preferred method, please follow these steps:

1. Proceed to your Tenet Dashboard and click on "Make a Payment".

2. You will be prompted to connect your preferred bank account via PLAID Link or by using Micro Deposits if you have not done so already. If your account is already connected, simply input the "Payment Amount" and click "Continue".

3. If you wish to make a payment towards your loan principal instead of the upcoming monthly payment, check the box that says "Apply this payment to my remaining principal balance".

4. Select your "Payment Method" and click "Continue".

5. Please review your payment details and click "Submit".

There are no penalties for early payments with Tenet. If you choose to pay off your loan early, you will only be responsible for the remaining principal plus the interest accrued since your last monthly payment.

Once you have connected your bank account, you can enroll in automatic payments (referred to as "AutoPay") through your Tenet Dashboard Payment Settings. AutoPay will automatically deduct your monthly payment from your bank account via ACH on the due date, ensuring that you never miss a payment. Additionally, if you enroll in AutoPay before your loan is funded, you will receive a 0.25% APR discount.

If you are past due on your loan or are having difficulties with ACH payments, please contact support for assistance with processing a debit card payment via Stripe.
