This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to view your remaining loan balance and request a payoff quote through the Tenet Dashboard. It also outlines the various payment methods available for loan payoff and addresses any concerns regarding early payment penalties.

To view your remaining loan balance, please follow these steps:

1. Proceed to your Tenet Dashboard and click on "VIEW LOAN DETAILS".

2. Locate the section labeled "Remaining Balance" to see your current balance.

To request a payoff quote, follow these instructions:

1. Access your Tenet Dashboard and click on "VIEW LOAN DETAILS".

2. Scroll down and click on "Get payoff quote".

3. A new tab will open displaying your 2-Week Payoff Quote, which you can view and download as a PDF.

A 2-Week Payoff Quote indicates the total amount required to pay off your loan in full, accounting for an additional 14 days of interest. Paying this amount ensures that your loan is settled completely, even if there are delays in processing your payment.

You can pay off your loan using any of the following methods:

• ACH: Make a one-time ACH payment for the full payoff amount via your Tenet Dashboard or to the account specified in your Payoff Quote.

• Wire/ACH: Send a Wire or ACH directly from your Bank Dashboard for the full payoff amount to the account listed in your Payoff Quote.

• Check: Mail standard and overnight payoffs for the full amount, ensuring it arrives within 14 days of receiving the Payoff Quote. Please send checks to:

Note: It may take up to 7 business days to process the payoff via ACH, and longer to process a Payoff Check (please provide a tracking number), as we need to wait for the funds to clear to release title. Continue making regular monthly payments until we confirm that the loan has been fully paid off. Once paid off, we will release the lien on the title to the appropriate party based on the payoff instructions. Any payments made exceeding the payoff amount will be refunded to you.

Are there any penalties for early payments? The answer is no! If you pay off your loan early, you will only be responsible for the remaining principal plus the interest accrued since your last monthly payment.
